Orders
- You are responsible for making sure your order information (address, name, phone, email, etc.) is correct
- Order cancellations are best effort and not guaranteed.
- Once an order is shipped, we have no control over the speed that a shipping carrier gets it to you.
Returns
- Returns are permitted within 30 days of receiving the order.
- All returns require a pre-authorization.
- Returns sent in without authorization will not accepted.
- All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; shipping is non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued 5-10 days after we receive the product.
- Please Note your order number with the returned items.
- If an item that is damaged, or shows excessive wear, will be denied.
- If you received “free shipping,” the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
